1. Our Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are unhappy with your book for any reason, contact us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@lilauthor.com with:

Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
The email address used to place the order
A brief reason for the refund (optional but helpful so we can improve)

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

3. Eligibility

Refunds are available if:

You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
The book was generated successfully but you are not satisfied with the result
A technical error occurred and the book was not delivered

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to issue refunds in the following circumstances:

Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date
Accounts that have been found to abuse the refund policy (multiple refund requests)
Upgrade purchases where the upgraded book has already been generated and delivered

5. Technical Issues

If your book failed to generate due to a technical issue on our end, we will either regenerate the book at no charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Please contact us at info@lilauthor.com and we will resolve it promptly.
